Global Packs (Eastpak / Kipling / JanSport) is looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Global Planner to join our Demand/Inventory Planning team based in Antwerp, Belgium. Let's talk about the role You as Senior Manager, Global Planner will keep the Kipling, Eastpak and Jansport brands on track to achieve financial objectives by aligning regional and global plans, and ensuring product availability meets demand. You will reinforce global brands positioning through consistent, strategic planning across regions. You will enable revenue and margin goals by aligning plans with financial targets. You will optimize stock levels to balance supply and demand. How You Will Make a Difference Your responsibilities will be: LRP - update long-term financial ambition (e.g. GM expansion) Seasonal strategy & financial goals - Translate LRP to create top-down MFP (setting line target to drive revenue and margin) incorporating regions'inputs. Line architecture - Support Global mech on building line architecture and align on global line plan. Validate line plan against MFP Seasonal planning - Develop & consolidate demand forecasts (with regional planning, global merch, supply chain & finance). Capacity planning - Collaborate with Supply chain and Finance on resource allocation, raw material forecasting, margi,, capacity planning. In-season management - analyze inventory across regions, recommending product introductions & exits to meet demand, with consumer perspective with sell-trough Season hind-sighting - Seasonal rolls-up across regions, in partnership with global planning, to drive global visibility é drive adjustments for future seasons Talent upskilling - Coach, develop, and build a best-in-class planning organization System & data governance - working closely with DT Skills for Success 10 years in financial planning & forecasting (incl OTP, inventory management, and gross-to-net analysis Experience with planning across geographies integrating local market insights into global planning frameworks Managing planning processes working with Supply chain, finance and regional teams to optimize inventory and maximize sell-through Strategic vision (ability to articulate a clear, long-term strategy) Cross-functional leadership Communication and influence Analytical skills Consumer insights & empathy (deep understanding of consumer needs, trends and local cultural nuances University education (Master level) Typical interactions Global Merchandising to align on both strategy and execution of line architecture/ plan each season Regional finance & planning to consolidate forecasts, OTB data and sales trends to align with global financial and inventory goals Supply Chain for capacity planning DT for data governance & hygiene What's in it For You We're in the business of unleashing human potential, driven by the ideas, energy and commitment of our people.
