Hobson Prior is seeking an Manufacturing Science and Technology Scientist to join our client''s team. In this contract position, you will collaborate with our Analytical Science & Tech team to aid in the development and manufacturing of biotech product You will play a key role in solving analytical problems and improving processes, contributing to the delivery of innovative therapies.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in transferring analytical technologies between locations.
* Develop and refine testing methods for production processes.
* Conduct tests on sles to aid process development.
* Troubleshoot and enhance testing methods for quality control.
* Explore new testing technologies.
* Provide expertise for regulatory documents and inspections.
* Write detailed study protocols and reports.
* Share findings in meetings and forums.
* Train others on testing methods.
* Keep important documents and knowledge up to date.
* Monitor data trends to ensure method reliability.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Degree in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
* Experience with cell based and enzymatic assays.
* Familiarity with spectroscopic techniques.
* Ability to transfer and validate testing methods.
* Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
* Capable of managing multiple projects.
* Proficient in technical writing and data analysis.
* Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
