The team starts from a high level product outcome that we’re trying to achieve. Through user interviews and assumption testing, the team maps out the opportunity space, evaluates the potential solutions and selects and implements the most promising one(s).From day one all 3 roles are involved in understanding the problem, ideating solutions and doing quick experiments to prove that a certain solution will actually lead to the desired outcome. The team setup is largely based on the “Product Operating Model” by Marty Cagan and “Continuous Discovery Habits” by Teresa Torres. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
