MissionThe Senior functional Expert provides strategic business analysis services to business partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap.
The Senior IT Functional Expert plays a key role in supporting the definition and implementation of Finance, Accounting, Procurement and Fund Finance processes in close collaboration with business stakeholders and external partners.
The Senior Functional Expert is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from leading small to mid-size projects to assisting other project managers on larger more complex projects related to operational business functions that affect team members and providers at the market level.
Responsabilities
Strong expertise in Corporate and Fund Finance & Accounting, including GL, AP/AR, closing, reporting, budgeting and forecastingAct as a trusted business partner, managing stakeholder relationships with the ability to challenge requirements and proposed solutions constructivelyAnalyze and improve Finance, Accounting and Procurement processes, identifying inefficiencies and optimization opportunitiesContribute to the design, selection and implementation of end-to-end Finance solutionsLead or contribute to transversal and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business prioritiesCoordinate and collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, developers, vendors and system integratorsTranslate business needs into clear requirements and support development, testing (QA), deployment and change managementManage project planning, timelines, priorities and workload estimation, acting as a liaison between users and project teamsDrive process adoption, user satisfaction and continuous improvementDemonstrate strong ownership, leadership and accountability for deliverables and outcomes
