The positionAs a Business Analyst, you will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams within complex Telecommunications environments .
Thanks to your technical background (developer, tester, system engineer or similar), you are able to deeply understand IT systems, architectures and constraints, and translate business needs into clear, structured and actionable requirements.
You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to solution delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical feasibility and quality standards.Your main responsibilities include:
Collecting, analyzing and formalizing business requirements from internal and external stakeholdersTranslating business needs into functional and technical specificationsCollaborating closely with developers, testers, architects and product ownersSupporting solution design with a strong understanding of technical impacts and dependenciesParticipating in testing phases (functional validation, UAT) and ensuring requirements traceabilityManaging changes, risks and impacts throughout the project lifecycleContributing to continuous improvement of processes, tools and methodologies in a Telecom context
Your profileMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in TelecommunicationsTechnical background as a developer, tester, system engineer or similar roleStrong understanding of IT systems, APIs, data flows and software development lifecyclesProven experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsAbility to bridge the gap between business and technical teamsExcellent analytical, communication and documentation skillsFluent English is mandatoryDutch (NL) is a strong plus (French is also appreciated)Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies is an asset
