Role focus
Drive e-commerce performance through structured experimentation, CRO, and data-driven optimization.
Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing aligned with the e-commerce strategy.
Analyze customer journeys to optimize UX, funnels, product pages, and CTAs.
Work closely with Digital, Marketing, Data, Pricing, and Product teams to implement and prioritize improvements.
Manage CRO tools, dashboards, and insights; contribute to lead generation, cross-sell, and campaign optimization.
Support platform performance, benchmarking, and competitive analysis across comparable sectors.
Success metrics
Conversion rate uplift from experimentation.
Improved lead quality and engagement.
High test velocity and successful implementation rate.
Reduced bounce and drop-off rates.
Measurable revenue and margin impact.
Required profile
Strong analytical skills with hands-on CRO, UX, SEO, and digital advertising experience.
Proficiency with analytics and testing tools (e.g. GA, Hotjar, Optimizely).
Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
Proactive, structured, and results-driven; strong stakeholder communication skills.
Master's degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in e-commerce, ideally in energy, telecom, or banking.
Fluent in Dutch or French with working proficiency in English.
