YOUR ROLE:
Together with the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the entire employee life cycle process.
- You will guide employees through onboarding, integration and exit processes.
- You will perform as the point of contact for all employee inquiries and concerns.
- You will be responsible for payroll support: being the primary contact person for employees and the payroll vendor, providing monthly payroll reports, updating onboarding, exit and special payroll cases, ...
- You will be responsible for the registration and payment processes, including hospitalization insurance, group insurance and other HR related services.
- You will follow up on the latest developments in Belgian labour law and report this to HRM.
- You will be responsible for training & development: checking the external training opportunities, registering the training leave per business unit, collaborate with managers to identify training needs, etc.
Profiel
The HR Generalist we are looking for, has the following qualities:
- You, preferably, have a Master's degree.
- You are fluent in English and Mandarin. Knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus.
- You have a first work experience in generalist HR.
- You are proactive and a strong communicator.
- You are eager to learn.
