Job DescriptionAccounting & Taxation
Manage end‐to‐end accounting processes up to annual financial statements.
Supervision of AP accounting: invoicing, cash collection, dispute handling, and credit risk.
Ensure accurate accounts and strict adherence to group procedures>
Handle all tax and VAT filings with full compliance.
Lead quarterly closings and prepare consolidation.
Maintain strong collaboration with local external advisors.
Financial Management
Ensure rigorous stock control and inventory accuracy.
Monitor and optimize cash flow: forecasts, daily cash positions, and financial movements.
Calculate and document transfer pricing.
Deliver key performance and management indicators in partnership with controlling.
People Management
Lead the accounting team: workload planning, prioritization, and performance oversight.
Support team growth and continuous skills development.
Additional Responsibilities
Prepare financial, economic, and social reporting for employee representative bodies.
Support corporate legal administration in collaboration with BDO.
Oversee Belgium‐specific insurance policies in coordination with group insurance.
Contribute to salary review decisions for team members.
The Successful ApplicantYou are rigorous, reliable, and possess excellent analytical skills:
Full mastery of general accounting up to the balance sheet and income statement.
You have proven experience in people management skills.
Strong knowledge of taxation.
Good proficiency with IT tools (knowledge of SAP is an asset).
Either Dutch or French native, with good command in the other language (English is a plus).
A strong sense of organization.
Discretion, integrity, and respect for confidentiality.
