We are looking for a Junior/Medior Product Owner to support the growth of the company.
You will work closely with “your” clients and the development and testing teams. Your role will be to ensure perfect communication between business requirements and technical execution.
This opportunity will allow you to be directly exposed to the company's management and decision-making process.
You will also have the opportunity to receive training, all in a warm and welcoming environment where you will feel useful right from your first assignments.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage your own project: cost calculations, quotes, backlog, follow-up with our designer, developers, and testers.
* Provide direct support to the company's co-founders on product and operations-related tasks.
* Act as a point of contact between customers, developers, and internal stakeholders.
* Translate customer needs into user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
* Ensure alignment between customer expectations and the solutions provided.
* Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog
* Participate in sprint planning and review.
* Perform manual testing and report bugs to the teams.
Who are we looking for:
* Fluency in French and English required (written and spoken) - MANDATORY
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a structured and detailed-oriented manner
* Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
* Autonomous
* Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Previous experience in product management, business analysis, or IT consulting (nice to have)
* Basic understanding of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools (nice to have)
