Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join a highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support IT solution
implementations that comply with industry standards and organizational objectives. The role requires autonomy, precision, and strong collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate initiatives independently and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement IT solutions.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Analyze and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes across multiple domains.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support decisions and process improvements.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Recommend IT solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Support solution design, testing, and validation with technical teams.
• Maintain structured and clear documentation of processes, requirements, and solutions.
• Oversee IT project implementation to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
• Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and organizational standards throughout projects.
Experience & Expertise
• 3–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
Nice-to-Have
• Understanding of Finance processes (workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost
allocation) from an IT perspective.
• SAP experience.
• Trilingual: French, Dutch, and English.
• Familiarity with Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Experience in regulated industries (energy, utilities, finance).
• Proficiency in creating BPMN diagrams.
