Your Mission
The talent sourcer is the candidate's first contact with RealDev. As part of this role, you will be required to :
Use social networks and professional platforms (LinkedIn, Apec, etc.) to interact with potential candidates
Search, identify and contact relevant profiles
Present the company to candidates
Keep the ATS up to date
Organise recruitment interviews with the people responsible for each stage of the process
Participate in and propose recruitment and team development projects
Participate in the improvement of internal processes
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent
Interest in recruitment within the engineering sector
You are fluent in French and Dutch
You have good organisational skills, a proactive attitude and motivation
Your team spirit and high level of commitment will ensure the success of your department
Assets:
Experience in recruiting engineers or professions in short supply.
The ability to express yourself in English
A small dose of humour and/or a good-natured attitude will help you to fit in even more easily
