About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing international omnichannel e-commerce player operating in the retail and consumer goods sector. With a strong digital DNA and a rapidly expanding footprint across Europe, the company is investing heavily in performance marketing to support its growth across the BeNeLux region.
To strengthen its international digital team, the company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive paid acquisition and profitable growth in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Your Role
Reporting to the International E-commerce / Digital team, you will play a key role in accelerating growth through paid media performance.
This is a hands-on role at the crossroads of performance marketing and e-commerce, with a strong focus on execution, optimization and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Paid Media
* Define and execute the paid media strategy for the BeNeLux region
* Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and display channels
* Own budget allocation, bidding strategies and day-to-day performance optimization
* Drive results against key KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CAC, revenue and conversion rate
Analysis & Optimization
* Analyze performance using Google Analytics and platform dashboards
* Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, formats and landing pages
* Translate data into actionable insights and concrete optimization plans
E-commerce & Cross-functional Collaboration
* Work closely with local e-commerce, CRM and content teams
* Coordinate with media agencies and external partners when relevant
* Ensure alignment between acquisition strategy, commercial priorities and customer journey
Market & Growth Initiatives
* Monitor market trends, competitors and performance benchmarks
* Identify new growth levers, channels and testing opportunities
Your Profile
Experience
* 2 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing / paid media
* Strong hands-on expertise on Google Ads and Paid Social platforms
* Experience in e-commerce, retail or consumer-driven environments is a strong asset
* Background in agency and/or in-house environments is welcome
Skills
* Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
* Solid understanding of acquisition funnels and performance KPIs
* Comfortable managing budgets and making autonomous optimization decisions
* Structured, proactive and results-oriented
Languages
* English professional proficiency
* Full professional proficiency in French is required.
* Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
