For our client, a leading international distributor of electronic components, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative.


In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and work closely with field sales, product management, and sales management. You will build long-term relationships, create new opportunities, and ensure customers receive the best possible service.



Your responsibilities


* Build and maintain strong relationships with a defined customer base
* Systematically develop your sales area and acquire new customers
* Monitor customer performance and ensure high service quality
* Prepare price and delivery quotations and actively follow them up
* Process customer orders and track shipments until successful delivery
* Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships
* Coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth communication between all parties
* Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and provide effective solutions
* Take an active role in acquisition – attracting new customers and driving business development forward



Your profile


* Completed commercial and/or technical training
* Several years of sales experience, ideally in inside sales, customer service, or a call center environment
* Experience in customer acquisition and business development
* Knowledge of the electronics industry is an advantage
* Communicative, team-oriented, and well organized
* Independent, proactive, and quick to grasp new information
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
* Solid knowledge of MS Office
