* Prepare crew payroll for Pool and non-Pool members under Belgian and Dutch flags
* Initiate new employee files and manage banking details
* Input and verify all payroll-related data
* Manage vessel correspondence concerning payroll matters
* Generate monthly and annual reports
* Maintain records on taxes, social security contributions, and other relevant regulations
* Process payroll using PTC and related systems
* Review invoices and collaborate with accounting for financial reconciliation
* Bachelor's in Business Administration or Master's in Shipping & International Trade
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a Crew Payroll function
* Familiarity with Belgian and Dutch maritime legislation and social security
* Proficient in English (written and spoken); Dutch is a strong asset
* Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and team spirit
