Your role
As a Finance Controller, you play a key role in ensuring financial transparency, control, and insight across the organization. This is a plug-and-play role: you are operational from day one and work autonomously with limited onboarding.
Your responsibilities include:

* Monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting
* Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Analysis of costs, margins, and performance
* Supporting management with financial insights and decision-making
* Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external requirements
* Preparing audits and improving internal controls
* Acting as a sparring partner for operational and technical stakeholders

Profile
Your profile

* Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
* 5+ years experience as Finance Controller or similar role
* Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
* Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
* Able to work independently and accurately in a complex environment
* Hands-on, proactive, and pragmatic mindset
* Comfortable in an international and technical context
* Fluent in Dutch, French and English
