What you will do
Build and manage your desk with full commercial ownership
Drive new business through proactive prospecting and client meetings
Manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end
Advise clients strategically and build long-term partnerships
Work toward ambitious commercial targets in a competitive environment
Collaborate with a high-performing team that rewards results
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in a recruitment agency
Strong 360 track record with proven commercial results
Sales-oriented mindset and passion for business development
Language skills: English + French or Dutch
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and energized by targets and KPIs
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, competitive, and performance-driven environment
