This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end ownership of how Polysense solutions are implemented, deployed, and scaled across customer operations. Your mission is simple but critical: bbuild a delivery function that is predictable, repeatable, and scalable without compromising value /b. /ppThis role combines bdelivery leadership, project governance, and commercial-engineering collaboration /b. You will not manage every project yourself, but you will ensure every project is run well. /ppAbout the role and expectations: you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end implementations and shaping the delivery organization as the company grows. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliEnd-to-end delivery ownership /liliBuild out and shape the Delivery organisation, including Project Managers, Engineers, Field Hardware, etc. /liliDefine and continuously improve the delivery motion: how Polysense moves from sale to live production, at scale. /liliEnsure implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear value outcomes. /liliOversee pilots, rollouts, and multi-line / multi-site deployments. /liliAct as escalation point for delivery risks, scope changes, and customer alignment issues. /liliProject management leadership /liliLead, manage, and coach the Delivery team while hiring and scaling the function as the company grows. /liliDefine and enforce Polysense's delivery and project management methodology. /liliSet standards for: /liliProject planning /liliRisk and dependency management /liliStakeholder communication /liliScope and change control /li /ulpReview project plans, milestones, and delivery health. Forecast delivery capacity against the sales pipeline. Work closely with Customer Success and Customer Value teams to measure impact and support expansion. /ppbKey point /b You do not replace PMs. You bmake them effective, consistent, and scalable /b with concrete, hands-on guidance. /ph3What you’ll be doing /h3ulliStrategic accounts executive communication /liliAct as the voice of Polysense for strategic accounts. /liliOwn delivery communication in complex stakeholder environments across: /liulliOperations /liliIT /liliEngineering /liliExecutive leadership /li /ulliEnsure clarity on scope, timelines, risks, and decision ownership. /liliRepresent Polysense in steering committees and executive update meetings. /liliProactively surface and manage misalignment before it becomes delivery risk. /li /ulpbKey point /b For complex accounts, this role ensures bone clear narrative, one delivery owner, and no mixed signals /b. /ppWhat you bring /pulli8+ years of experience in project delivery, systems integration, or professional services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. /liliProven experience in a startup or scale-up environment. You know the difference between building process from scratch and rolling it out in an established organisation.
