Application Production Support ensures the application production on both the technical and functional support part. He/she is the guarantor of the maintenance in operational conditions of the service. He/She ensures the smooth running of processes (batch, transfer, ...) and the proper functioning of applications (relevant business data, functional result, correct execution of application workflows ...). In a context of increasing changes, he/she manages the various releases on his/her perimeter. He/She intervenes not only in the event of incidents to restore service but also preventively through data analysis and automation to improve service quality and user experience. He/she acts as an expert with ITOps in particular on production and infrastructure requirements Function description Provide technical and functional support to users Supervise the technical and functional components of the application Orchestrate and manage the various releases on its perimeter Create and enrich the application's document repository.
