Join the team as Junior Corporate Recruiter and help recruit for roles from two distinct focus areas: university campus talent for corporate support roles, and senior talent for business and operations roles. This role offers hands-on learning and the potential for long-term career growth in a fast-paced, international environment.
As a European Economic Area (EEA) national, aged between 18 to 28, Business France’s V.I.E programme is your chance to embrace an international experience in a leading scientific network. The 12-months contract includes a monthly allowance and Business France helps with administrative support for a smooth transition abroad. POSITION & OBJECTIVES:
Campus recruitment
To support the Campus Recruitment team, you will attract, select, interview, and hire and onboard early career talent. You will focus on positions for interns and recent graduates in various business consulting departments in Brussels, Belgium, and occasionally for other locations across the global Eurofins network.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and manage the recruiting process for interns and top recent graduates, acting as the bridge between hiring managers and candidates.
Scout for emerging talent onrecruitment platforms, at university events, and on social media.
Support with the promotion of open roles for internships and entry level jobs.
Contribute to the recruiting strategy and improvement of recruiting processes.
Collaborate with the Employer Branding and the broader Talent Acquisition team.
Business and Operations recruitment
To support the Business and Operations team, you will lead the recruitment of executive and business management roles for Eurofins laboratories across Europe.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identification of suitable candidates through active sourcing, using job-focused social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
Engagement and communication with potential candidates.
Candidate pre-selection through telephone interviews.
Coordination of interviews between candidates, recruitment consultants, and eventually other (international) stakeholders.
Conducting market research.
Candidate management within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications

Your profile combines strong communication skills with a proactive approach. You should be at ease with public speaking and presentations.
Background and education: Recently graduated from a master's degree in business, communication, human resources management, or a related field.
Languages: English proficiency is required and will be your main language of communication. Other languages are highly appreciated.
Technical knowledge (IT): Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
