Job Description
The Finance Director/Business Partner (CG80) for the Image Guided Therapy – Devices business is responsible for leading the Europe & Growth Region finance teams & is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the finance business partnership function, ensuring alignment of financial strategies with overall company goals. The role collaborates with executive management and business unit leaders to develop and execute financial strategies that drive growth, profitability, and sustainability. The role oversees financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and leads the development of advanced financial models to evaluate strategic options. The role monitors financial performance, advises senior leadership on risks and opportunities, and ensures rigorous analysis supports all investment decisions.
Your role:
* Leads the Europe & Growth Region finance teams and manages a team of 2–3 finance FTEs, including two business controllers and a potential GBS resource.
* Member of the IGT-D Finance Leadership Team and the IGT-D International (EU & Growth) Management Team.
* Provides strategic leadership to the finance business partnering function, aligning financial strategy with overall business objectives and positioning finance as a key driver of performance and value creation.
* Partners closely with executive management and business leaders to shape and execute financial strategies that support growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability, embedding financial insight into strategic decision-making.
* Oversees financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple business units (IGT-D & FORS) across 13 zones/markets, ensuring robust, data-driven plans aligned with strategic priorities.
* Leads the development of advanced financial models and scenario analyses to assess GTM strategies, market expansions, new product launches, and acquisition opportunities.
* Drives financial performance by monitoring key metrics, leading the weekly Latest View process, identifying trends, and partnering with senior leaders on corrective actions to achieve or exceed targets.
* Acts as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing expert financial insight, identifying risks and opportunities, and contributing to the company's overall strategic direction.
* Ensures investment decisions, including capital projects and business expansions, are supported by rigorous financial analysis and aligned with long-term strategic goals.
* Leads continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and tools, leveraging technology to enhance planning, forecasting, and reporting.
* Champions financial integrity and compliance, ensuring adherence to governance standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements while proactively managing financial risk.
* Builds strong cross-functional relationships with operations, sales, marketing, and R&D to ensure financial perspectives are embedded in key business decisions and initiatives.
You're the right fit if:
* Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
* Minimum 8 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Business Partnering, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent.
* Prior experience supporting international regions in a Medical Device business.
* Expert in SAP, Power BI and Philips financial reporting systems.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
