IT Customer Solutions and Product Development Manager
We are currently seeking an IT Customer Solutions and Product Development Manager to join our Service Logistics team where they will be responsible for understanding our customers' needs and providing suitable digital solutions needed for new business opportunities.
This role is key in developing and driving the adoption of new digital products to fulfil the needs and requirements of DHL Group's customers and to help generate business growth, while improving the overall customer experience.
Further responsibilities of the Customer Solutions and Product Development Manager:
* Support Business Development by designing, quoting, and delivering digital customer solutions for new business opportunities
* Preparation of customer presentations, sales collateral and other documentation as needed
* Own and manage the implementation, documentation, and ongoing enablement of IT customer solutions, leveraging the full range of available tools and functionalities
* Support the definition of the regional Innovation and Digitalization roadmap, in line with global and regional priorities, and provide input to Global Center of Excellence roadmap
* Conduct internal and external research, analyze data, and identify opportunities for product development
* Support the development of new products, building prototypes, proof of concepts or MVPs (minimum viable products) to validate new product ideas
* Collaborate with Customer Focus Teams and IT Business Partners to understand existing customer solutions, identify improvement and roll-out new products; and with IT Service Management to ensure proper operational support for new solutions
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a person who has:
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in one of the following areas: supply chain management, project or product management, Business IT, solutions design or customer-facing roles
* University Degree (preferably in business management, information technology, or engineering)
* Previous working experience in a regional or global scope preferred
* Experience within DHL Supply Chain division preferred
