To accommodate our growth, Nipro EMEA is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager who is passionate, detail-oriented, and proactive to join us in our Operations team, based in our Mechelen office in Belgium.
What you’ll do
1. Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze and optimize processes
2. Develop and implement operational excellence strategies aligned with company objectives
3. Lead and manage cross-functional projects to optimize operations
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
5. Track, analyze, and report on operational performance metrics
6. Provide training and guidance to teams on Lean Six Sigma methodologies
7. Identify and assess operational risks and develop mitigation plans
8. Ensure compliance with ISO, JSOX, and regulatory requirements
What you’ll need
9. Proven experience in operational excellence and risk management
10. Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (ideally black belt)
11. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
12. Ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects
13. Strong communication and training skills
14. Experience in compliance with ISO, JSOX, and regulatory requirements
