Are you a dynamic executive with a strong background in human resources and a passion for strategic impact? We are seeking a dynamic leader, with solid leadership and management skills. Openness, trust, empowerment, and employee development are pillars of your leadership culture. You are an excellent communicator by including different perspectives with proved listening skills, who can develop and build solid relationships in the organization. You possess a strategic mindset, high energy level and perseverance, and have a demonstrated history of delivering results and you also bring excellent problem-solving capability and skills to the job. Confidence and motivation to collaborate with our field teams are essential qualities. Further requirements may include: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master degree preferred) Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in Belgium and Luxembourg Proficient level of Dutch, French and English What’s in it for you?
