Purpose: As a Junior Product Specialist Surgery - Brussels/Hainaut, you will support the sales and clinical activities for Johnson & Johnson's surgical portfolio. You will work closely with healthcare professionals in operating rooms, ensuring proper use of our products and providing technical expertise. This role requires strong collaboration with the sales team and hospital staff to deliver exceptional customer experience and drive business growth. You will be responsible for: Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures by providing product knowledge and technical guidance. Work in close partnership with the Sales Manager and other specialists to achieve regional objectives. Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions for hospital staff. Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Collect insights from the field to support product development and marketing strategies. Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor's degree. Previous experience in a hospital environment or operating room setting is desirable. French and English proficiency, ideally also Dutch knowledge.
