Alpha Innovations (CE+T Group) designs customized power electronics for transport, energy, and industrial automation across Europe. We're hiring a Business Developer to own the full B2B sales cycle on high-value, long-term projects.


📌 Responsibilities

→ Identify new opportunities and run prospecting campaigns

→ Build tailored proposals with technical teams

→ Negotiate and close win-win contracts

→ Manage key accounts and detect upsell opportunities

→ Track KPIs and report on commercial performance


✅ Profile

→ Engineering or Business degree + first B2B sales experience

→ SaaS or energy/engineering background is a plus

→ Fluent in Dutch, French & English

→ Analytical, autonomous, customer-centric
