About the OpportunityA leading organisation in a highly regulated environment is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 Finance & Operations), with a primary focus on launching and driving the U.S. rollout while ensuring compliance, system readiness, and necessary enhancements to an already established European landscape; this is a hands-on programme leadership role that requires bringing structure and execution discipline to a complex, multi-team environment, playing a central role in establishing governance, improving delivery, and aligning stakeholders across IT and business functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the U.S. implementation of D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), building on an existing European setupOwn and drive ERP programme delivery, including implementation and ongoing improvementsDevelop and manage end-to-end project plans, timelines, and milestonesEstablish clear programme governance, including regular status reporting to leadershipDrive and improve change management processes across the programmeIdentify and address gaps in planning, execution, and ownershipCoordinate and align cross-functional teams (IT, QA, Logistics, Engineering, Compliance, Finance)Manage and influence 20-25 stakeholders across business and technical teamsSupport SOC compliance efforts, particularly across IT processes and change management*Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including CFR Part 11 and audit readiness
Required ExperienceProven experience xjsrcvq leading ERP programmes/projects, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O)Strong project/programme management capability (planning, governance, stakeholder management)Experience working in highly regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, life sciences, manufacturing)Strong understanding of SOC compliance and experience supporting audit/compliance-driven environmentsExperience with CFR Part 11 compliance and regulated IT/change processesAbility to operate hands-on across business and technical teams with strong communication skillEnglish is required, French is nice-to-have
