As
International Key Account Manager
, you will be the trusted partner for our most strategic global customers, shaping long-term collaboration, anticipating engineering needs, and unlocking value through tailored industrial solutions for a portfolio of clients primarily active across Belgium, France and APAC, as well as additional key regions such as the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic account plans:
to drive growth and deepen collaboration across multiple regions.
* Identify new business opportunities:
within key accounts by understanding engineering needs and mechanical processes.
* Conduct regular business reviews:
performance assessments, and improvement initiatives.
* Deliver technical-commercial value:
leveraging ERIKS' expertise in Power Transmission, Gaskets, Flow Control, Industrial & Hydraulic Hoses, and Sealing & Polymer Solutions.
* Coordinate activities:
with local sales teams and Product Groups to ensure seamless customer support.
* Lead or support complex international tenders:
* Provide accurate reporting:
on performance, pipeline, and market developments.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree:
* 7+ years of commercial experience:
in a technical/industrial B2B environment (MRO, OEM, or industrial components).
* Good understanding of mechanical engineering processes:
and the ability to translate customer technical challenges into the right ERIKS solutions, with familiarity with one or more industrial component domains (e.g. power transmission, flow control, gaskets, hoses, sealing & polymer solutions).
* Proven experience:
in managing international key accounts and building long-term customer relationships.
* Strong communicator:
with analytical strength, problem-solving ability and cultural sensitivity.
* Independent, structured and collaborative:
working style.
* Fluent in English:
plus French, Dutch or German.
* Willingness to travel internationally:
primarily within Belgium, France and the Netherlands, with occasional travel to other regions (e.g. Germany, Switzerland or APAC) depending on customer needs.
