As Cybersecurity Operations Manager, you’ll spearhead our global cybersecurity operations practice across IT, IoT and OT. Empower a team to drive TVH’s Digital Identity and Threat Detection & Response to the next level. Gain valuable experience and strategic guidance, reporting directly to our Director Cybersecurity.
Your role and responsibilities
This role demands a strategic cybersecurity leader who will:
1. Lead and develop a high-performing global cybersecurity team, ensuring operational excellence.
2. Drive strategic alignment by contributing to cybersecurity strategy, roadmaps, and budget management.
3. Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders (e.g. IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance) and external service providers.
4. Ensure continuous improvement through performance monitoring, analytics, and staying current with industry trends.
How to succeed / Your profile
To excel in this role, you should possess:
5. A Master's degree in IT (or equivalent experience) and 7-10 years of cybersecurity experience, with relevant certifications a plus.
6. Proven experience in managing international teams, developing technology roadmaps, and strategic planning.
7. Technical proficiency with tools like Palo Alto Cortex XDR, Palo Alto Prisma Cloud, Tenable, ForgeRock and CyberArk.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage external partners and work under pressure.
9. A proactive, results-oriented, and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to travel occasionally.
10. Fluency in English.
