Optimization: improving bookkeeping processes, leading transformation projects, setting up shared‑service centres, integrating acquisitions, and more.
Always learning: discovering new sectors, environments, specialisations or strengthening technical skills; potentially moving to an advisory unit or a CFO role.
Delegating, guiding, coaching, training, mentoring: you will have the opportunity to fulfill your people‑management ambitions.
Qualifications
You have over 7 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, controlling or another finance function.
Besides that impressive experience, you still see opportunities for continued growth, thanks to your relentless drive for improvement.
Providing guidance to and coaching colleagues energises you.
You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business‑related subject.
Language skills are key in how we collaborate with our clients. In Flanders, you’ll mainly work in Dutch and English. In Wallonia, the focus is on French and English. In Brussels, a good command of Dutch, French and English is essential. xphnsxz We also value your willingness to grow in this area.
