Our client, one of Europe's leading consumer retailers with a presence in 14 countries, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join their Accounting Team in Barcelona.

Main responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the AR team, ensuring compliance with internal processes
* Resolve credit and income reconciliation issues across countries
* Prepare and analyze reports for stakeholders
* Support AR processes during migrations
* Propose improvements to boost efficiency and train the team
* Act as liaison with management, monitor KPIs, and handle daily team needs
Core skills/experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on Business Administration
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role
* Native or full professional level of Spanish and fluent level of English
* Excellent in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a positive, proactive attitude
* Leadership skills to guide the team, monitor productivit,y and solve problems effectively
* Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of teamwork and work ethic
