Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Traffic Administrator to support our global export logistics operations. In this role, you will assist in the coordination of international shipments, manage documentation, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and logistics providers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the booking and coordination of international export shipments.
2. Prepare and manage shipping documents such as packing lists, invoices, and transport documentation.
3. Communicate with freight forwarders and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
4. Assist in selecting appropriate shipping methods and consolidating shipments to optimize costs.
5. Monitor shipment status and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
6. Help track logistics provider performance and report any service issues.
7. Maintain accurate shipment data in SAP and other internal systems.
8. Assist with customs-related queries and documentation.
9. Verify transport invoices and support the claims process for damaged goods.
10. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and internal procedures.
Requirements
11. Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or export administration is a plus.
12. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
13. Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
14. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.
15. Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
16. Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
