is looking for an experienced
IT Infrastructure Project Manager
to support and coordinate strategic IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects.

You will be working for a
municipal public authority (city administration)
responsible for delivering a wide range of services to citizens (administration, urban planning, mobility, social services, internal operations, etc.).
The organization operates within a
regulated public-sector framework
, involving formal procedures, budgetary constraints, and public procurement rules.
Your Role
Reporting directly to the
Head of the Department of Support Services
, you will play a key role in shaping, coordinating, and modernizing the organization's IT infrastructure and projects.
You will act as a
link between IT strategy, infrastructure, and operational delivery
, working closely with internal IT teams and multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and ensure the
coherent evolution of the IT architecture
(infrastructure, networks, hardware, and software)
* Coordinate and deliver
IT infrastructure and cross-departmental projects
* Support the definition and execution of the
IT strategy
, including technology scouting and innovation
* Anticipate future needs and propose
efficient and innovative solutions
(including AI where relevant)
* Collaborate closely with internal IT teams (Development, Networks, Support, Geomatics)
* Review
building renovation or construction plans
and define related IT infrastructure requirements
* Ensure
project reporting
, documentation, and compliance with administrative and financial procedures
* Promote
synergies and consistency
across IT services
* Participate in
communication and training
related to implemented IT solutions
* Act proactively in operational or urgent situations when required
* Travel across different sites within the local entity
Your Profile
* Master's degree in Computer Science
* or
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with proven relevant experience
* Strong experience in
IT infrastructure and project coordination
* Additional training in IT architecture, project management, security, or emerging technologies is a strong asset
* Experience with or strong interest in
public administration environments
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills and a
service-oriented mindset
* Analytical, structured, and proactive
* Comfortable working autonomously while keeping stakeholders informed
* Organized, stress-resistant, and adaptable
* Curious about
