This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in managing/ implementing EU projects, and a strong understanding of EU procedures and project design & management methodologies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, French, and/or Dutch, with the ability to adapt messages according to various audiences.
In this role, you will work closely with internal and external teams, ensuring smooth running of activities, quality of outputs, and representation of the organization at local and international levels. You will also collaborate with European organizations and stakeholders to make each project's outcome count.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
* Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including project partners, donors, and local communities
* Contribute to the development of new project proposals, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic priorities and funding opportunities
* Represent the organization in local and international forums, ensuring visibility and fostering partnerships to support its mission
