Position: Compliance Officer

Role Overview:
As a Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our projects meet all statutory and internal compliance requirements. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including construction and support functions, ensuring compliance with Belgian regulations, including Limosa, Dimona, and any equivalent reporting obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry and maintenance of internal compliance databases.
Serve as the point of contact for onboarding new users on site and employee registrations.
Administer document control platforms (e.g., Asite, Aconex).
Manage invoices and liaise with Accounts.
Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations.
Oversee internal database reporting, data manipulation, and analysis.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Issue and manage compliance documentation.
Organise internal and external training programs.
Liaise daily with departments and construction teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Handle general administrative tasks including filing, drafting letters, assisting with tenders, and building organisational charts.
Report directly to the Divisional Manager and assist with additional duties as required.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar compliance or administrative role, preferably within construction or engineering.
Proven experience with Belgian Limosa, Dimona, or equivalent reporting processes.
Excellent IT skills including advanced Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, data linking), Google Sheets, OneDrive, and organogram creation.
Familiarity with document control platforms such as Asite or Aconex.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
Knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous.
Training for in-house systems will be provided.
