We do so to help the world thrive for at least another 1,000 years. /p pTo strengthen our Talent Acquisition Performance Acceleration (TAPA) team, VITO is looking for a Talent Management Recruitment Partner: a hybrid role combining strategic HR projects (±70%) with operational recruitment selection (±30%). /p pYou will report to the Talent Manager and work closely with recruiters, LD-team, HR Business Partners and leadership teams across VITO. /p h3Your role: a combination of strategy and hands‑on impact /h3 h3Performance, Career Development Organization‑wide projects (±70%) /h3 h3Performance Management /h3 ulliYou design, coordinate and continuously improve VITO’s performance management cycle and related tools. /liliYou support managers in strengthening performance‑driven and feedback‑oriented leadership, while ensuring alignment across the organization. /liliYou actively promote continuous feedback beyond formal evaluation moments. /liliYou empower employees with tools and guidance to take ownership of their performance and development. /li /ul h3Career Development Internal Mobility /h3 ulliYou develop and implement internal mobility programs and career paths aligned with both strategic workforce needs and individual talents. /liliYou co‑design and roll out development initiatives for specific target groups (e.g. high potentials, critical roles). /liliYou act as a sparring partner for managers and employees on career growth, employability and internal moves. /li /ul h3Talent Management Projects /h3 ulliYou lead and coordinate organization‑wide talent management projects within the TAPA team, from design to implementation. /liliYou take ownership of initiatives related to performance development, internal mobility, sustainable employability and well‑being ( ), as well as selected strategic recruitment initiatives. /liliYou translate strategic priorities into concrete projects, roadmaps and deliverables, and ensure alignment with key stakeholders across the organization. /liliYou monitor progress and impact, and continuously optimize initiatives based on data, feedback and organizational needs. /li /ul h3Operational Recruitment Selection (±30%) /h3 pAlongside your project‑based responsibilities, you also actively contribute to hands‑on recruitment selection, ensuring strong connection with the reality of the labor market and business needs. /p ulliYou manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a selection of vacancies, in close collaboration with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team. /liliYou conduct intake meetings, coordinate selection steps, participate in interviews and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience. /liliYou apply VITO’s fair, inclusive and structured recruitment standards consistently. /liliYou act as a recruitment sparring partner for hiring managers, translating business needs into strong vacancy profiles. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ulliYou have experience in recruitment, performance management, career development, or HR policy. /liliYou are a bridge builder and strategic thinker with an eye for innovation and sustainable development. /liliYou communicate fluently in Dutch English with various stakeholders and know how to connect. /liliYou have an affinity with tools, methods, and data within recruitment, LD, career development, and/or job management. /liliYou are curious about the latest insights in the field of recruitment, learning, performance, well‑being, and leadership. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 h3What You’ll Love About Working Here /h3 ulliPurpose‑driven work: Every project at VITO addresses a real global challenge — from cleaner technologies to sustainable resource management. /liliImpact at scale: Help shape the talent strategy of a top‑tier research center with global impact. /liliContinuous growth: Learn, experiment, and develop through training, peer learning, and on‑the‑job challenges. /liliFlexibility built in: Balance your time between our Mol campus and home working (1–2 days per week). /liliAttractive rewards: Competitive salary plus benefits, including allowances, insurances, and a modular holiday system. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
