We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Accounting Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative coordination and financial assistance, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Fluency in French and English is required, with Spanish being a plus.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring timely completion of projects
* Provide exceptional support to the Executive Assistant and Partnership Team, including ambassador relations and document follow-ups
* Coordinate travel logistics, book flights and hotels, and arrange visa applications
* Create tutorials, internal process documents, and translate documents as needed
* Assist with financial tasks, including encoding supplier invoices and creating client invoices
* Verify monthly credit card statements and create purchase orders
