The Executive Office Manager is a key position in the organization directly with senior leadership, reporting to the CEO/president, to ensure governance, that operations run smoothly, strategic goals are met, and key initiatives are executed effectively. This is a dual role working centrally on key strategic initiatives including coordinating, organizing and following up the executive committee. In the business unit (Smart Infrastructure) in addition this role coordinates the sales approach, the strategic initiatives and the follow-up of performance.
Your tasks:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution
2. Support in decision-making : The PMO acts as an advisor to the executive leadership, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making.
3. Coordinate strategic initiatives : the PMO oversees cross-departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring that goals are aligned with the overall strategic vision.
4. Operational Efficiency
5. Improve internal processes : this function is often tasked with identifying inefficiencies within the organization and finding ways to streamline operations.
6. Communication and Public Affairs
7. Serve as a point of contact : The PMO acts as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, as well as between senior leadership and employees.
8. Ensure clear communication : The PMO is responsible for making sure that important information flows smoothly through the organization.
9. Project Management
10. Lead special projects : The PMO may be tasked with managing high-priority projects that require attention at the executive level, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
11. Executive Support
12. Prepare presentations, briefings and reports : The PMO prepares presentations and briefings for the leadership team, summarizing key issues, opportunities, and decisions.
13. Problem Solving and Decision Support
14. Handle complex issues : The PMO tackles complex or sensitive issues that require discretion and problem-solving.
15. Stakeholder Management
16. Relationship building : The PMO may play a role in maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internal (teams, employees) and external (investors, partners, clients, public authorities).
