👉 Product Manager
This role will play a crucial part in executing the global product strategy across one or more of IOT’s business lines—ensuring our portfolio remains competitive, profitable, and truly innovative in an evolving optical industry.
🌍 The Challenge
You will sit at the crossroads of strategy, technology, and market insight:
* Managing the full product lifecycle—from development to launch and evolution
* Identifying market trends, customer needs, and global growth opportunities
* Working closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales and Support teams
* Representing IOT at international trade fairs and industry events
Reporting directly to the VP of Product Management, this role is designed for someone who enjoys thinking globally and acting collaboratively.
🔎 The Profile
We’re looking for a professional with:
* 5+ years of experience in product management or strategic marketing (ideally within the optical industry or complex technological environments)
* A background in Optics & Optometry.
* Strong strategic vision, analytical mindset, and communication skills
* Advanced English and availability to travel internationally
