Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to French‑speaking customers, managing inquiries, bookings, and support efficiently.
Oversee the car rental process including vehicle handover, returns, and resolving any customer concerns.
Carry out vehicle inspections and clearly communicate rental terms and conditions to clients.
Coordinate with the operations team to maintain fleet availability and standards.
Stay updated on fleet changes, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
Experience in customer service or the car rental industry is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric approach.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
