We are currently entering a major transformation phase, migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

Your mission
We are looking for a Business Analyst Support to strengthen our team of 13 Business Analysts.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT experts, and our SAP implementation partner, directly contributing to the success of the SAP S/4HANA migration.
Your role will combine functional analysis, SAP configuration, and continuous improvement of logistics and supply chain processes.
Your Responsibilities
* Maintain and optimize SAP logistics modules (MM, SD, EWM, PP, QM, IM, PPDS) to ensure smooth operations
* Analyze business needs and translate them into efficient SAP solutions
* Perform system configuration (SPRO) and participate in testing and validation
* Identify process improvements and propose SAP best practices
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure alignment
* Contribute to user documentation and training
* Stay updated on new SAP functionalities, especially within S/4HANA and SAP Fiori
Your profile
* Degree in IT, engineering, supply chain, or business management
* Ideally, experience as a Business/Functional Analyst or in a similar position with exposure to SAP logistics modules (MM, SD, EWM, PP, etc.)
* Understanding or interest in logistics and supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, warehouse, production, distribution)
* Strong analytical and communication skills, with a structured and proactive mindset
* Fluent in French and English
* If you do not yet have SAP experience but demonstrate strong analytical skills and motivation, we provide full training and coaching to help you grow into the role
