Logistiek Medewerker - Labo Ondersteuning
Locatie: Zwijnaarde, België
Team: Gezellig, dynamisch en professioneel

Wat ga je doen?
Logistieke Taken
1. Beheer van laboproducten via kanban- en voorraadbeheersystemen
2. Dagelijkse stockcontrole en aanvulling van voorraadunits en labo’s
3. Ontvangst, uitpakken en stockeren van geleverde producten
4. Registratie van inkomende solventen en reagentia + etikettenbeheer
5. Vervaldatacontrole en stockroombeheer
Administratieve Verantwoordelijkheden
6. Bestellingen plaatsen en opvolgen via digitale systemen
7. Backorders opvolgen en facturatieproblemen oplossen
8. KPI’s monitoren en werkinstructies up-to-date houden
9. Interne & externe communicatie omtrent bestellingen
10. Ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers m.b.t. producten
Labo Ondersteuning
11. Volledige flowbeheer van pipetkalibratie (verzamelen, versturen, herverdelen)
12. Staalbeheer: ontvangst, controle, vervoer & opslag (inclusief vloeibare stikstof)
13. Afvalverwerking
Werkomgeving
14. GMP-gecertificeerd labo met strikte omkleedprocedures
15. Afwisselende taken en nauwe samenwerking met wetenschappelijke teams
Vereiste vaardigheden:
16. Goede vaardigheden in MS Office
17. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
18. Sterke administratieve vaardigheden, grote portie motivatie en leergierig
19. Klantvriendelijk, zelfstandig en proactief
20. Georganiseerd, gestructureerd en stressbestendig
Waarom jij bij ons past?
Je werkt gestructureerd, communiceert helder en bent proactief in het ondersteunen van laboteams. Ervaring binnen een GMP-omgeving of logistieke labo-ondersteuning is een plus, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens zo belangrijk!
