**Customer Service Specialist**: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be the direct point of contact for customer inquiries and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with the field sales team to provide product information and support customers in their purchasing decisions.
* Process customer orders, manage complaints, and maintain accurate customer data in our IT systems.
* Conduct market research and prepare quotations for project sales.
Your Profile:
* A commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
* Professional experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing company, with a strong technical understanding.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Dutch/Flemish and French, and good English language skills.
* Experience working with MS Office, SAP, and CRM systems.
