Responsibilities
* Interim CEO advisory overseeing end-to-end operations
* Operational strategy design and execution
* Governance, internal control, and risk oversight (including alignment with regulatory frameworks such as Basel, Solvency II, IFR)
* Operational risk and resilience frameworks (RCSA, incident management, BCP/DRP)
* Cost optimisation and process re‑engineering initiatives
* Oversight of finance, compliance, IT, and risk functions
* Regulatory remediation or transformation programmes
* Board‑level reporting and stakeholder management
Qualifications
* Minimum 8 years of senior management experience within financial services
* Recent experience in a financial institution (within the last 5 years)
* At least 3 short missions or one long mandate in the sector
* Proven exposure to risk management, governance, and regulatory environments
* Strong understanding of operational frameworks and internal control systems
* Demonstrated leadership in transformation or change programmes
* Experience interacting with executive committees and boards
