To support our continued growth in Belgium, we are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Mechelen.
Your role
As a Recruiter at Group-IPS, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring talent for our Belgian operations, with a strong focus on Dutch-speaking profiles.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage the recruitment of Dutch-speaking profiles in Belgium and the Netherlands, while supporting international recruitment needs when required.
* Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and drive recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
* Proactively source candidates using innovative and data-driven sourcing approaches, with a strong understanding of the local Belgian market.
* Screen, interview and assess candidates through phone, online and face-to-face interviews.
* Maintain and update the ATS, ensuring accurate and structured candidate tracking.
* Organise and represent Group-IPS at recruitment events, university job fairs and in-house recruitment activities.
* Coordinate with recruiters, HR colleagues and hiring managers to ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Your profile
* Experience in recruitment is flexible (Mid to Senior -level profiles are welcome), ideally within engineering, technical or industrial environments.
* Hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle is a strong plus.
* Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
* Fluent in Dutch and English (French is considered an asset).
* Strong communication skills, well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Team-oriented mindset with an interest in working in an international and on-site environment.
* Availability and willingness to work from our Mechelen office is essential.
