* Gather customer specifications and implement the Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Engagement solution.
* Document the "as-is" and "to-be" within accurate and detailed scope documents.
* Configure Dynamics 365 Sales to match the organization's business processes.
* Model Dynamics 365 Sales data.
* Extend Dynamics 365 solutions using Power Platform components, such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
* Support the sales team in presales activities and product presentations.
* Provide user support and training.
Your profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or IT.
* More than 3 years' experience as a Dynamics 365 Sales consultant.
* Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
* Ability to create quality functional documentation and gather specifications.
* Good analytical and organizational skills.
* Experience working with enterprise connectors.
* Experience of Agile methodology.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Microsoft certifications an asset.
