You'll bring 12 months or more in a corporate environment where you will have installed and supported PCs/Laptops, peripherals and communication devices for users on the Microsoft stack (Teams, Office). Therefore you will have had to use your customer-service skills to deal with VIP users who might not always be technically literate!
