As a Pricing & Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability through strategic pricing decisions.


Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Pricing & Analytics Manager, where you will be responsible for supporting the commercial teams to craft and negotiate profitable commercial deals.

You will work closely with senior management, sales, marketing, finance, and regional pricing partners to align pricing objectives with business goals and customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:

* Build, maintain and improve cluster-specific pricing capabilities, including customer pricing frameworks, deal pricing support, pricing intelligence, contract compliance monitoring and local product phase-in.
* End-to-end involvement in tender and pricing proposals for strategic large deals, supporting the commercial teams throughout the process.
* Ongoing management and analysis of contracts, frameworks and commercial agreements.
* Collaboration with Regional Pricing team in building local capabilities and setting up a cluster-wide pricing and approval process.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or a related role.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
* Experience with pricing software and ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
* Knowledge of Belgium and Netherlands reimbursement models for medical device industry is a plus.
* Languages: Fluent English, business proficiency in French or Dutch language.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
