We’re looking for a senior, high-ownership performance marketeer to take full responsibility for how we plan, execute, and optimize advertising & promotion across multiple brands.
This is not a “run ads” role.
This is about owning the entire A&P system.

SureShot is a fast-growing e-commerce and distribution company working with leading international brands such as TABASCO, St. Dalfour, Feastables, and others.
We operate across European marketplaces and retail channels, managing everything from commercial strategy and marketing to logistics and execution.
Our team is lean, international, and highly hands-on. We work closely with brand owners to drive profitable growth through structured execution and performance-driven decisions.
We are now at a stage where Advertising & Promotion needs to become a fully owned, scalable system; and this role is key to making that happen.
🎯 What you’ll own
* Full Advertising & Promotion (A&P) planning across brands
* Annual plans → monthly execution → performance → reallocation
* Budget ownership (~€150k–€300k across brands, with growth potential)
* Channels: Amazon PPC, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, marketplaces, promotions/ dealwebsites
* Cross-functional coordination with sales, creative, and logistics
* Performance analysis: ROAS, margin impact, ROI per brand

This role is designed to replace founder involvement in A&P operations over time.
📍 Setup
* Based in Girona (Spain)
* Remote role in our Spanish office with 3-6 colleagues
* 6–12 trips per year to our office near Amsterdam
(planning sessions, team alignment, key business moments)
💰 Compensation
* €50,000 – €65,000 gross/year
Depending on experience and level of ownership demonstrated
* Performance bonus linked to business impact (ROAS, growth, efficiency)
🧠 What we’re looking for
* 5+ years in performance marketing / e-commerce
* Strong hands-on experience with Amazon PPC
* Experience owning and managing budgets
* Ability to build structured plans (not just run campaigns)
* Strong commercial mindset — focused on profit, not just traffic
🚫 Not a fit if you:
* Prefer purely executional roles
* Need constant direction or structure
* Have no experience with Amazon
* Are strong in ads, but weak in planning & ownership
