Key Responsibilities
* Gen AI Use Case Development: Identify, design, and prioritize impactful Generative AI use cases addressing business challenges and opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
* Proofs of Concept (PoCs): Design, manage, and evaluate PoCs to validate AI use cases and rapidly improve solutions based on feedback and results.
* AI Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, including selection, integration, testing, and scaling in production environments.
* AI Governance: Ensure adherence to AI governance frameworks, including ethical use, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and alignment with company policies.
* Digital Program Rollout: Execute digital projects leveraging Gen AI to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
* Global and Regional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams across global and regional offices to align AI initiatives with local needs and global strategies.
* Project Management: Apply strong project management skills to oversee AI initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and stakeholder alignment in dynamic and uncertain environments.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into actionable business insights.
* Change Management & Enablement: Act as a change agent to promote AI awareness and adoption within teams. Design and deliver training, workshops, and communication plans. Develop best practices, guidelines, and governance for AI usage.
* Innovation and Research: Stay up to date with emerging Gen AI trends, tools, and methodologies, recommending innovative approaches to strengthen the organization.
