Build the commercial success of a five-star destination.

Les Bains de Spa is a unique five-star hospitality destination where luxury, wellness and exceptional service meet. To strengthen our leadership team, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Sales Manager who combines strong commercial drive with revenue management expertise and operational leadership.

This role goes beyond traditional sales. You will actively contribute to the hotel's commercial performance while also being able to support and replace the hotel director in operational management when required.

Your Role – Commercial Leadership & Operational Impact

Commercial Strategy & Business Development

You develop and implement a clear commercial strategy focused on sustainable growth and profitability.

* Define and execute a sales strategy targeting corporate, leisure, luxury travel and MICE segments.
* Develop new partnerships with corporate clients, luxury travel designers, agencies and event planners.
* Identify and develop new revenue streams and commercial opportunities.
* Build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking and industry events.
* Represent the hotel at trade fairs, luxury hospitality events and networking opportunities.

Revenue Management & Commercial Performance

You actively contribute to maximizing hotel performance through strategic revenue management.

* Monitor and optimize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and total revenue performance.
* Manage pricing strategies and distribution channels.
* Analyze market demand, booking pace and competitor positioning.
* Prepare commercial forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
* Collaborate closely with reservations and operational teams to optimize yield.

Relationship Management & Key Accounts

You build and maintain long-term partnerships that drive repeat business.

* Manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients and strategic partners.
* Negotiate corporate agreements, group contracts and event partnerships.
* Organize hotel presentations, site inspections and exclusive client visits.
* Ensure strong client satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

Cross-Selling & Revenue Optimization

You actively identify opportunities to increase total guest spend.

* Maximize revenue across rooms, suites, wellness, F&B and events.
* Work closely with front office, reservations and operations to capture additional revenue opportunities.
* Support the commercial optimization of group and event bookings.

Operational Leadership

In addition to your commercial responsibilities, you play an active role in the operational leadership of the hotel.

* Support and coordinate daily hotel operations when needed.
* Act as operational backup for the Hotel Director in his/her absence.
* Ensure the highest service standards expected from a five-star property.
* Facilitate collaboration between departments including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and Sales.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of guest experience and operational efficiency.

Your Profile

* Minimum 10–15 years of experience in luxury hospitality or high-end services.
* Strong background in sales, business development and revenue management.
* Experience working within four or five-star hotels is highly preferred.
* Proven ability to close high-value commercial deals and build long-term partnerships.
* Strong analytical skills with a clear understanding of hotel performance metrics.
* Excellent communicator, negotiator and relationship builder.
* Hands-on leadership style with strong people management skills.
* Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
